Order Processing Time
All orders received by 3:00 PM EST are processed and shipped out within 48 hours if all products are in stock at our holding facility. If your order cannot be shipped within 48 hours you will be notified via phone or e-mail.
Ordering Methods
We currently offer 3 convenient ways to order:

  1. Order by phone with a Credit Card - Call us with your make, model, year and credit card information between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Mon-Fri.
  2. Order online - Send us e-mail with your make, model, year and daytime phone number. We will call you to confirm your order in next working day.
  3. Order by fax - Fax us with your make, model, year and daytime phone number. We will call you to confirm your order in next working day.

Payment Methods
We currently offer 3 ways to pay for your order:

  1. Credit Card - We accept all major credit cards including Visa & MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number the credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment or drop shipment of your order.
  2. Cashiers Check, Money Order or Company Check - Orders providing a Cashiers Check or Money Order are processed immediately upon receipt. Company Checks, if provided with completed customer application, can be authorized for immediate processing. Otherwise, allow up to 2 weeks for clearance of funds prior to processing.
  3. Wire Transfer - Please call or e-mail for additional information.
Shipping Policy

Domestic
Our packages ship out via UPS or LTL and the charges are as follows:

  1. California address - UPS Ground, estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days from the date of pickup. The shipping charge and tax are $50 total.
  2. Hawaii & Alaska - UPS 2nd Day Air, estimated shipping time is 3 business days from the date of pickup. The shipping charge is $130.
  3. Other states - UPS Ground, estimated shipping time is 4-7 business days from the date of pickup. The shipping charge is $50 flat.
  4. Rush order - UPS Next Day Air, estimated shipping time is Next business day (by 10:30 A.M.) from the date of pickup. Please call first.
  5. LTL order - Freight Free if order is $5000 or more, otherwise charges will be determined at time of shipment.
Warranty Policy

Limited Lifetime Warranty
CYC ENGINEERING, INC guarantees the original purchaser of our products a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, materials, workmanship, and finish under normal usage. Warranty does not include shipping damage, product misuse, improper installation, road hazards, and impairment from accidents, product modification or scratches during the life of the product. This lifetime warranty does not include rust/corrosion to the installation brackets over the life of the product, applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of CYC ENGINEERING products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages. Original purchaser must return defective merchandise, along with the purchase receipt, to the original place of purchase.

Pricing
Pricing shown is subject to change and subject to stock on hand. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CYC Engineering, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and subsequently cancelled due to a price error, CYC Engineering, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.
Order Cancellation and Changes
Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours normally. We have no control on shipment if the order is on the way. To check whether the order is available for cancellation or change, contact our customer service representatives via telephone.
Orders can't be cancelled or changed via email. Email correspondence is to be used for general order or product information requests only. Completion of an order cancellation or change request sent via email will not be guaranteed! Please contact a customer service representative via telephone for all order cancellation or change requests.

Returns
Before returning any product, contact a customer service representative at 877-POWER-65 or send an e-mail to techsupport@ptimporting.com to request an (RMA) Returned Merchandises Authorization number. This RMA number must be placed on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice and returned to the "Merchandise Return Address" shown below. Products returned within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a refund with 15% restocking charge. Refunds will be given on products only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All products must be returned in the original package, not be damaged or installed and must be in resalable condition. All returned products must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a 15% reboxing and restocking charge. Purchases of products designated as "Non-Returnable" on the product information page are final and cannot be returned for refund or store credit.

Shipping Damage Claims
