STEP 1. Remove existing body mount bolts from underside of cab.

STEP 2. Install front mount bracket and rear mount bracket with M12-1.75 X 120MM HEX BOLT. Leave bolts loose.

STEP 3. Slide bolt plate into frame until bolt drops through round hole. Fasten front brace to bolt protruding through hole in bottom of frame.

STEP 4.  Fasten rear brace to center hole in rear body mount flange. On driver side, be sure all bolts are left loose until step bar is attached to bracket. This will allow for proper adjustment to clear brake cables. Passenger side brace mounts to opposite flange.

STEP 5. Hook frame clamp around inside of frame. Attach rear support brace to clamp using 1/2-13 x 2.00” hex head bolt, 1/2” flat washers, 1/2” lock washer and 1/2-13 nut. Leave loose.

STEP 6. Fasten step bar to mount brackets and support braces. Check to be sure step bar is properly aligned with the truck. Tighten and torque all bolts.
