STEP 1. Remove all contents from the received box and check stainless steel tube for any dent. Also verify all brackets and bolts against the parts list.

STEP 2. Read installation manual and installation drawing completely. Understand all brackets and bolts before installation.

STEP 3. Remove driver side front original body mount bolt. Install front and rear mount bracket using M12-1.75x120mm hex bolt, M12 lock washer, M12 flat washer (Note: Make existing washer and rubber bushing in place).

STEP 4. Leave existing Rear Leaf Spring Shackle Nut in place. Attach rear stiffener brace one end to shackle bolt using M14 hex center lock jam nut as shown. (Note: If jam nut is removed, it is no longer affective as a lock nut).

STEP 5. Fasten step bars to front and rear bracket ( attach rear stiffener brace other end) using M-14 bolts as shown. Torque M14 bolts to 65 ft-lbs and M12 bolts to 65 ft-lbs. M14 jam nut to 90 ft-lbs.
