STEP 1. Remove all contents from the received box and check stainless steel tube for any dent. Also verify all brackets and bolts against the parts list.

STEP 2. Read installation manual and installation drawing completely. Understand all brackets and bolts before installation.

STEP 3. Remove existing body mount bolt from underside of truck, as shown figure 1, 2).
Note: Existing body mount bolts will be need to be tapped with a mallet to get it out of the bushing and will need to be tapped back during installation.

STEP 4. Install front and rear mount bracket to truck frame mount as shown. Hand tighten(see Figure 3).

STEP 5. Fasten step bars to front and rear bracket using M-14 bolts, flat washer and lock washer as shown. Make sure step bar and brackets are properly aligned. Torque M14 bolts to 35-45 ft-lbs.
