STEP 1. Remove all contents from the received box and check stainless steel tube for any dent. Also verify all brackets and screws against the parts list.

STEP 2. Read installation manual and installation drawing completely. Understand all brackets and screws before real installation.

STEP 3. Remove the existing body mount bolts from underside of cab on driver side,  keep the existing rubber bushing and other components in order. Install front mount bracket and rear mount bracket with M12-1.75 X 120MM HEX BOLT as the provided installation drawing. Leave bolts loose.

STEP 4. Slide mount tab into the slot on the body panel. Fasten mount brace to mount tab and through hole in the front mount bracket using M10 flat washer, M10 lock washer, M10 hex bolt and M10 hex nut.

STEP 5. Slide mount tab into the slot on the body panel. Fasten mount brace to mount tab and through hole in the rear mount bracket using M10 flat washer, M10 lock washer, M10 hex bolt and M10 hex nut.

STEP 6. Fasten driver side step bar to mount brackets using M14 hex bolt, M14 lock washer and M14 flat washer. Tighten torque for M14 and M12 bolt t is 60 ft/lbs, M10 bolt is 30 ft/lbs.

STEP 7. Repeat the same procedure for the passenger side installation.
