STEP 1. Remove all contents from the received box and check stainless steel tube for any dent. Also verify all brackets and bolts against the parts list.

STEP 2. Read installation manual and installation drawing completely. Understand all brackets and bolts before installation.

STEP 3. Using original body mount bolt to fasten front and rear mount bracket as shown

STEP 4. (4WD use only). Using ½”-13x7.5” hex head bolt, flat washer and lock washer to bolt the driver stiffener brace to the bottom side of the truck frame. The slot on the short end of the brace should align with mount bracket slot.

STEP 5. Fasten step bars to front bracket using M14x2.5” bolt and to rear bracket using M14x2.0” bolt as shown. The longest leg is to be toward the front of the vehicle. Torque body mount bolt and ½” –13x7.5” bolt to 55ft-lbs. Torque M14 bolts to 65 ft-lbs.
