STEP 1. Remove all contents from the received box and check stainless steel tube for any dent. Also verify all brackets and bolts against the parts list.

STEP 2. Read installation manual and installation drawing completely. Understand all brackets and bolts before installation.

STEP 3. Remove existing body mount bolts from underside of cab. Install front and rear mount bracket using existing body mount bolts as shown.

STEP 4. Remove rubber grommet from inside of rear truck body, slide in bolt plate. Attach one end of rear support bracket to bolt plate and other end of rear support bracket to rear mount bracket as shown.

STEP 5. Fasten step bars to front bracket using M!4 bolt sets and rear bracket using M10 button bolt sets as shown. Torque existing body mount bolts to 60-65 ft. lbs. Torque M14 bolts to 65 ft-lbs. Torque M10 bolts to 35 ft-lbs.
