STEP 1. Remove all contents from the received box and check stainless steel tube for any dent. Also verify all brackets and bolts against the parts list.

STEP 2. Read installation manual and installation drawing completely. Understand all brackets and bolts before installation.

STEP 3. Remove existing body mount bolts from underside of cab. Install front and rear mount bracket using existing body mount bolts as shown. Torque existing body mount bolts to 60-65 ft. lbs.

STEP 4. With using M10 Hex bolt set, install rear support strap to rear mount bracket. Fasten opposite end of support strap to rear body mount using frame washer or ½” washer in order to clear brake cable as shown. Torque M10 bolts to 25-30 ft.lbs.

STEP 5. Fasten step bars to front bracket and rear bracket as shown. Torque M14 bolts to 60-65 ft.lbs. Torque M10 bolts to 25-30 ft.lbs.
