STEP 1. Remove all contents from the received box and check stainless steel tube for any dent. Also verify all brackets and bolts against the parts list.

STEP 2. Read installation manual and installation drawing completely. Understand all brackets and bolts before installation.

STEP 3. Remove all the rubber plugs over mounting holes located on the inside face of the vehicle rocker panel. Install M8 “U” nut into front and rear mounting holes as shown.

STEP 4. Attach front and rear mount bracket by placing bolts through holes as shown.

STEP 5. Fasten step bars (front part) to front bracket using M-14 bolts and washers as shown. Fasten step bars (rear part) to rear bracket using M10 bolts as shown. Torque M14 bolts to 65 ft-lbs. Torque M8 & M10 bolts to 25-30 ft-lbs.
